What do you know for sure?

The only thing I know for sure is that peace and justice can only be realized through the daily practice of sharing love.

What inspires you?

Nature, acts of kindness, and children…especially my 6 year old niece Maria, who is full of joy and wonderment.

What scares you?

Apathy and Indifference

What is your first (or best) memory?

My first memory is as a young girl being outside laying on the grass and staring up at the clouds and thinking anything is possible. My best memory has to be giving birth to my daughter Cebe and and my son Apollo

Favorite quote?

“There’s no emotion more revolutionary than empathy.” - Gloria Steinem
